Delivering Online Coaching Through Lockdown!
Yorkshire Health and Sport through A1 Football Factory have been working with their coaches to support parents to teach soccer skills to their children.
Short two-minute videos are being posted through our website, youtube channel and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) showing parents and children free, fun and easy to follow soccer skills developed through our academy.
Each video focuses on a different skill from our coaching curriculum. The videos, delivered by our qualified coaches, will help children to continue their skill development during this period when we are having to stay at home to save lives. The videos will be posted regularly and available here to view.
Can you do these;
1. In Isolation (with no defender)
2. With a prop as a defender (eg. Garden Bin)
3. With an active defender (mum, dad, brother or sister maybe)
